Tell me if this gem from 'The Corporate Air Quality and Climate Change Strategic Plan' doesn't make you furrow your brow just a tad:
"The Corporate Air Quality and Climate Change Strategic Plan aims to achieve the VISION 2020 goals that are related to air quality and climate change:
• To ensure that the City of Hamilton has the best air quality of any major urban area in Ontario"...
Are we not aiming just a tad high here? How'z a bout starting with a more attainable goal, such as, hmmm, I don't know, making it so that the air quality isn't so bad that the stench makes any person sick?
